02 What the App Does
Crypto Catch is a mobile game featuring cryptocurrency-themed gameplay. The App currently requires the user to connect or provide a Solana wallet address before starting gameplay.
03 Information We Collect
Based on the App's current functionality, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
A. Information You Provide
- Solana wallet address you enter or connect in order to access gameplay
- Messages or information you send to us if you contact support
B. Information Processed on Device
- Gameplay data such as score, record, and mistake count
- Basic app interaction state necessary for the game to function
C. Technical and Device Information
Depending on the platform, app distribution channel, crash reporting setup, analytics configuration, wallet integration, or operating system behavior, certain technical data may also be processed, such as device model, operating system version, app version, basic diagnostic or crash information, and platform-generated installation or security metadata.
We do not intentionally collect more data than reasonably necessary for the App's operation.
04 Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
The App is not designed to request or collect:
- private keys;
- seed phrases or recovery phrases;
- passwords for financial accounts;
- payment card data;
- government identification numbers; or
- precise geolocation data.
05 How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and operate the App, enable wallet-gated gameplay access, maintain scores and gameplay state, troubleshoot bugs or abuse, respond to support inquiries, protect the App and users, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not state or imply that token-themed gameplay values reflect live market prices, financial returns, or investment opportunities.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on performance of a contract (where processing is necessary to provide the App), legitimate interests (such as maintaining security and preventing abuse), legal obligation (where retention or disclosure is required by law), or your consent where required by law.
