Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crypto Catch (the "App"), a mobile game published by Maria Teresa ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

02 About the App
Crypto Catch is a mobile game in which users sort falling cryptocurrency-themed items into matching containers to earn points. The App currently includes a Solana wallet connection gate before gameplay begins.
The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. Scores, prices, token labels, and in-app references to digital assets are gameplay elements and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any token or asset.
03 Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
04 Wallet Connection
The App may require you to connect or provide a Solana wallet address before starting gameplay. You are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of any wallet information you provide;
- maintaining the security of your wallet, seed phrase, keys, and related credentials; and
- ensuring that your use of any wallet complies with the wallet provider's own terms and policies.
05 License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App except as allowed by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the App for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the App's operation, security, or availability;
- impersonate another person or falsely suggest affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship; or
- use the App in a manner that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or Solana Mobile dApp Store requirements.
06 Acceptable Use and Restricted Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conduct;
- upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others;
- facilitate illegal transactions or unlawful activity; or
- misuse wallet-related functionality or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, networks, or services.
07 No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
The App is a game. Any token names, wallet references, pricing values, or digital asset content are provided solely as in-game or descriptive content. Nothing in the App or related materials should be treated as financial, legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice.
08 Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, branding, audiovisual elements, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Publisher and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, marks, or token references belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
09 Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.
10 Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11 Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, digital assets, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above may not apply to you.
13 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules, or if continued access may create risk, liability, or harm.
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
